We're going to have a writing competition. I would like you to write about your summer holidays and what special things that you did. You can email me your writings and also send me photos too. Send your writing to this email address, faithatkwmwps@gmail.com.
The best writings will get a prize and will have their writing put up on the board on the 7th floor. This writing competition is open to all levels. Hurry and write! The competition ends on the the 30th of Sept. Email me your entries by then!

It's nice of you to provide an oppurnity for our students to write what they did during their summer holidays.
I went to Japan in lata July. I had a great time with my friend . The flowers are so beautiful and the Japanese seafood is so delicious.

MY school is Kei Wai Primary School on Ma Wan Island. There are many nice teachers.This is a best scool.Ican learn much knowledge from her. My English have improve a lot.I live in Tsing yi which has a lot of facilities.I have three family members.My father is a lawyer and mother is a vet.I have not sister and brother.

My name is Mavis Wong.I am 11 years old.I live in Sham Tseng with my mother,father and sister.
I have a warm family.My sister,Jocelyn is studing in Siu Ming Secondary School.She is very clever but she sometimes shout at me.My mother is a housewife.She is very patient and gentle when we are sick,she will look after me.My father is a businessman.He works in Tsim Sha Tsui every day.He is very kind.He is also a funny person he always play tricks on us. On the whole, my family member love each other very much.
I am studying in CCC Kei Wai Primary School (Ma Wan). I am in Class 6D. I go to school by schoolbus. My class teacher is Miss. Wong who is very kind. However, she will "transform" herself into a lion if a naughty boy always forgets to do his homework. Besides, I have a best friend named Rachael Leung. We are in the same class for six years. Also we are in the school choir and school dancing team. We look like twins sister. Everyday, we share our happiness and sadness together. I hope we can be the best friend forever !
Ice-cream, snacks and vegetables are my favorite food. Cola, juice and tea are my favourite drink. However, I don't like drinking water because it is so tasteless. I like dancing so I always dance in my free time. Sometimes I will read books. I have been a member of school dancing team for 4 years. I learn ballet at school every Saturday and practice ballet every night before going to sleep.
This year is my last year in this primary school. I hope I can go to a good secondary school so I need to read more newspapers and story books to improve my English language. And I hope I can have a lot of friends in secondary school. At the end, I need to say thank you to all my teachers and I love CCC Kei Wai Primary School (Ma Wan) very much.

My name is Wong Kung Yuk,Yuki. I am 11 years old. I am a optimistic girl. I have 4 family members. Daddy,mummy,me and brother. My dad is a cook. He seldom cooks food for me because he is very busy. My mum is also a cook too.She always cooks yummy food for me. She is kindly and patiently.My brother is a baby. He is three years old. I often play with him in my free time. He is very lovely, so I like him very much!
I am studying in Kei Wai Primary school (Ma Wan). It is on Ma Wan. Let me introduce my school. It is big as ten tennis court. My school has sufficient facilities. It provides children with a fun and rich learning evironment. Facilities include General Studies Room, Computer room, Music room, covered playground, school hall library, football pitch........ Especially, there is the only has Solor Equipment in Hong Kong.
My favourite hobbies is reading. I always read the novel and history. It is because read books can make me to increase my knowledge. I also like to play badmintin too. I play badmintin with my father when he is free . I think it can make me healthy.

I had a nice Summer holiday.
I visited the United Kingdom for a week in Summer. I visited many places, such as London and Manchester.
London is a large Capital city. We took subway to many places, such as the British Museum, London Bridge and the London Eye. Manchester is another city where I like most. We visited Old Traford Stadium, home stadium of Manchester United Football Club. It was very big and had beautiful grass. However, souvenirs at the stadium were very expensive.
I hope you enjoy my journey to the UK.

Dear Faith,
It is very kind of you to provide us an opportunity to write up a composition in the competition so that we can train up our techniques in composition.
My family went to Okinkawa of Japan in the summer holidays. Although it was only a 5-day trip, I have great inspiration during this journey. Relaxation and happiness are just beside us. We can simply get this by satisfaction of present possession and observing the surrounding beautiful events and senaries.
